What is AG Artists?

AG Artists (Andrew Gertler Artists) is a full-service artist management and creative company that oversees the careers of major musical acts such as Shawn Mendes and Rockie Fresh. Beyond traditional talent management, the project bridges the gap between the music industry and the digital economy through its tech investment arm, AG Ventures, and its involvement in the NFT and digital collectibles space.

How Does AG Artists Work?

The project operates as a hybrid management and investment firm. It utilizes traditional industry expertise to scale artist brands while leveraging blockchain technology to facilitate digital fan engagement. Through strategic partnerships and its 'AG Ventures' arm, it invests in and develops decentralized platforms that allow artists to monetize their work directly via NFTs and smart contracts on networks like Ethereum.

What Makes AG Artists Unique?

AG Artists is unique for its integrated approach to 'Artist-as-a-Platform.' Unlike traditional agencies, it combines a fine art studio (Permanent Arts), a film production company (Permanent Content), and a tech investment fund. This allows for cross-media synergy where an artist’s music, digital art (NFTs), and cinematic content are developed under a single cohesive ecosystem.

Who Are the Founders of AG Artists?

The project was founded by Andrew Gertler, a prominent American talent manager named to Forbes' '30 Under 30' in Music. Gertler is best known for discovering Shawn Mendes and building his global career. His expertise lies in digital marketing and early adoption of tech trends to revolutionize how musicians interact with their global fanbases.
