What is Pacific Synergy Group?

Pacific Synergy Group (PSG) is an institutional-grade investment group and DeFi-focused platform specializing in the tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWA). The project aims to bridge the gap between traditional institutional investors and on-chain liquidity by providing access to private funds, real estate, and equity through a secure, compliant blockchain framework.

How Does Pacific Synergy Group Work?

The platform functions by originating and structuring high-quality real-world assets into digital tokens. It utilizes a public-permissioned architecture to ensure regulatory compliance while enabling post-trade lifecycle orchestration. These tokenized assets are then integrated into DeFi ecosystems, allowing for automated distributions, yield enhancement, and secondary market trading through smart contracts.

What Makes Pacific Synergy Group Unique?

Unlike many retail-focused DeFi projects, PSG is led by veteran fund managers with experience at institutions like Goldman Sachs and KKR. It offers 'true economic utility' by tokenizing established assets such as EFL football clubs and private company equity. Its hybrid approach combines institutional-level governance with the interoperability and transparency of decentralized finance.

Who Are the Founders of Pacific Synergy Group?

The group is led by Ken Xu, a seasoned investor with over 20 years of experience in hedge funds and macro strategy, including roles at Goldman Sachs' Special Situations Group and Point72. He is supported by strategic advisors like Lane, a former founding member of KKR Asia, who brings expertise in ESG and institutional-scale private equity to the firm.
