What is M1X Global?

M1X Global is a sovereign financial infrastructure and technology company that bridges the gap between public finance and on-chain capital markets. It operates in a public-private partnership with governments to modernize sovereign debt issuance, notably working with the Republic of the Marshall Islands to launch USDM1, a digital sovereign bond.

How Does M1X Global Work?

M1X Global provides the legal, compliance, and technological framework for governments to issue financial instruments natively on public blockchains like Stellar. Its flagship product, USDM1, is a USD-denominated sovereign bond fully collateralized 1:1 by short-duration U.S. Treasuries, ensuring it functions as a programmable, high-quality collateral asset for institutional markets.

What Makes M1X Global Unique?

Unlike private stablecoins or wrapped assets, M1X Global facilitates native sovereign issuance with legal certainty under New York law. It is unique for its integration with nationwide public programs, such as the Marshall Islands' Universal Basic Income (UBI) project, where USDM1 serves as the distribution rail for 24/7 disbursements via the Lomalo digital wallet.

Who Are the Founders of M1X Global?

The project was co-founded by Mark Lurie (CEO) and Jordan Goldman (COO). Mark Lurie is a seasoned entrepreneur in the blockchain space, while Jordan Goldman brings expertise in scaling technological operations.
