What is BNB Plus?

BNB Plus (BNBX) is a NASDAQ-listed Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) company that provides institutional-grade exposure to the Binance ecosystem. It functions as a regulated investment vehicle that focuses on the accumulation of BNB tokens while actively generating yield through native staking and decentralized finance (DeFi) strategies within the BNB Chain.

How Does BNB Plus Work?

BNB Plus operates by pooling capital through public market equity to acquire and hold BNB as its primary reserve asset. The company utilizes a 'productivity stack' to manage these holdings, engaging in non-directional strategies such as liquid staking, providing liquidity on decentralized exchanges like PancakeSwap, and participating in Binance Launchpools to compound returns and increase the BNB-per-share for investors.

What Makes BNB Plus Unique?

BNB Plus is unique as one of the few regulated U.S. public companies dedicated specifically to the BNB ecosystem. It bridges the gap between traditional finance and crypto by offering a transparent, audited dashboard (BNBX.io) for real-time treasury monitoring, while providing a yield-enhanced alternative to simply holding the underlying BNB token.

Who Are the Founders of BNB Plus?

BNB Plus Corp. underwent a strategic transformation under the leadership of its management team, including Chief Investment Officer Patrick Horsman, a seasoned fintech and digital asset investor. The project evolved from a legacy biotech company (formerly Applied DNA Sciences' subsidiary focus) into a specialized digital asset treasury to capture the market dominance of the Binance ecosystem.
